  I have had such a sad day. I needed a blanket made into a small blanket for my daughters baby who will be born still born. I walked into this dry cleaners a mess and met with Sandra. Her compassion and empathy was just amazing. She immediately took the blanket and was done straight away. I went there as I have used them before. I am so grateful to this business. Thank you Sandra. Your service is outstanding. Thank you

  Dropped off a dress needing some alterations on a Thursday. The staff at the time were very pleasant and helpful. Had told me that the seamstress only works on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so to expect a text the following week with the price of the alterations.
  I received a text on the Tuesday at expected which just said “sorry don’t do tailor job” - with no other explanation.
  I then went into the store on Wednesday to enquire about this and the staff member just handed me the dress and said “here you go”, still with no explanation.
  When I asked about why the alterations couldn’t be done, she simply said “I have no time, I only work one day per week”, despite being told earlier that she in fact, works two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
  I then reminded her that I did not need the dress for a month and was that still not enough time to have the alterations done, and they replied no.
  
  Not impressed. I chose this store as they had good reviews, now I am unlikely to return for any services they provide. It was just a waste of time.

  Prompt and professional. I got my blanket dry cleaned and it is visibly cleaner. They called me to let me know it was available to pickup earlier than expected

  Really friendly staff, would definitely use again. Accidentally left all my buttons there (it's a Peter Jackson button up where all the buttons come out) and the lady put them in a little ziplock bag and attached them to my invoice. Clothes came back nice, clean and ready to go again after a big wedding night haha.

  I've come 3 times now, at different times during their supposed opening hours. Closed every time. If suggest always calling before you come to make sure they're actually open.

  Incredibly disappointed, just picked up my drapes that I couldn’t afford to have cleaned for 300 dollars. Couldn’t believe they were handed back to me in a crushed pile, when I dropped them in they were folded to minimise creasing and damage to the lining. No professionalism or care at all. Won’t ever be going there again

  Disappointing. Dry cleaning was late. Also, I got my bag back with dirty shirts still in it that they forgot to do.

  Good but $20 to wash a jacket not dryclean just wash, but it beats letting my wife wash it or me actually it least it will be wrinkle free for next winter.

  They did not remove the small tiny grassy part I asked to remove. Will never use their service again.
  Make sure to ask them how much they are going to charge you.
  I was thinking for my pants I will pay maximum $ 15, but they charged me over $30. I
