  I bought 5 items from Woolworths Sunnybank Hills on Monday 30th March.
  So I've used express check out and no customer was there except me at that time.
  A young female staff was at the express check out counter and I opened Woolworths shopping bag and put it in front of her.
  I thought she would put the all of 5 items into the bag but she put the all items beside the bag not opened the bag.
  So I had to put all of my 5 items, they are all small items not heavy or big, into the bag by myself.
  The shopping bag was opened and put in front of the staff but she did not put the customer's items into the bag.
  This made me feel very uncomfortable and upset.
  What a poor service it was and it was also a matter of common sense.
  It was 11:07 in the morning.
